What fabrics do you use for the headscarves?
We currently sell only bamboo fabric in our Bamboo Breeze collection. Bamboo is known for its softness, breathability and durability, making it one of the best fabrics for comfortable head scarves.
Are your headscarves suitable for all seasons?
Yes. Our Bamboo Breeze collection is designed to be worn year-round. Bamboo has natural thermoregulation properties, meaning it keeps you cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
How do I make sure my headscarf stays in place?
Our bamboo headscarves have a natural grip and stay securely in place. For extra strength, you can use an under-cap or pins, depending on your preference and hair type.
Maintenance & care
How do I wash and care for my headscarf?
We recommend washing your headscarf by hand or on a delicate cycle (30°C) with a mild detergent. Preferably do not use a tumble dryer to keep the fabric and color nice longer.
Can I iron my headscarf?
Yes, but at a low temperature. For bamboo, steaming or light ironing is ideal to remove wrinkles without damaging the fibers.
Order & delivery
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
We strive to process and ship orders within 1 business day. Within the Netherlands, your package is usually delivered within 2 business days. International delivery times may vary.
Can I track my order
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code via email so you can track your package.
What are the shipping costs?

Returns & exchanges
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, you can return or exchange unused and unwashed products within 14 work after receipt. Personalized and worn items cannot be returned.
What are the conditions for returns?
Returns are possible if the product is returned in original condition, unworn and in its original packaging. The return costs are for the customer, unless it is an error on our part. Please see the Refund policy page for this.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Upon receipt of your return, we will process the refund within 5 business days via the original payment method.

Yes. You can choose bank transfer at the checkout and then you will be invoiced after you have received your order.
