Shipping policy
At Eloa Collection, we understand how important it is to receive your order quickly and in good condition. We make every effort to ensure that your shopping experience with us goes smoothly, from the moment you order to the moment your package is delivered to your home.

Processing time
At Eloa Collection, we strive to process your order as quickly as possible. Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 2 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. Once your order is prepared and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to track your package until it is delivered to you.
Shipping methods and costs
At Eloa Collection, we currently offer standard shipping for all of our orders. We work with reliable carriers such as DHL, PostNL and UPS to ensure that your package is delivered to you safely and quickly.
The exact shipping cost will be displayed during checkout. All orders within NL, BE and DE over €95 will be shipped for free. All orders over €145 will be shipped for free to countries outside the countries mentioned above. We do not currently offer express shipping, but we are working to make more shipping options available in the future.
International shipping
At Eloa Collection, we ship not only within the Netherlands and Europe, but also worldwide. Our international shipments are handled by reliable partners like DHL and UPS, so your order will always arrive safely and on time, no matter where you are.
All our international shipments are Delivered At Place (DAP). This means that import duties and taxes are not paid by us at the time of shipping. So you could get an invoice for the import duties and taxes afterwards.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times for international orders are displayed during the checkout process and vary depending on the destination.
Lost or damaged packages
While we at Eloa Collection do our best to ensure that your order reaches you safely, we are not responsible for packages lost in transit. In such cases, the shipping company is responsible. Should you require assistance in locating a lost package, please contact our customer service team via the contact page on our website. We are ready to assist you whenever possible.
If your package arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will resolve any damage attributable to us as soon as possible. Any additional costs incurred by fixing the damage will be fully covered by us.
Delivery time
At Eloa Collection, we do our best to ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible, no matter where you are. The delivery time of your order depends on your location and the shipping method you choose. Below this introduction you will find a table with estimated delivery times for all the countries we deliver to.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors such as holidays or carrier delays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a Track & Trace code so you can track your package.
